Our truth is that we are intimately connected to... not separate from... Nature- all of it. The sun, the moon, the stars, galaxies beyond- the whole damn Universe.

We are part of this vast and beautiful web of wonder. 

Our bodies move in sync and harmonious rhythm with the cycles of season, planetary transmission, and energetic frequency. We are a thread woven within the tapestry of all. 

And so, we equally influence and affect and are influenced and affected by all. 

This interconnected beingness is important. Written within the stars, the patterns, and the sacred essence of being- we continue to weave this story- together. 

Through the breath, we find our way back into reciprocity with all. 

Through the breath, we land in synchronicity, familiarity, relational coherence, and necessary integrity.
