A weekend of bowspring, breathing, nature… To rest, restore, and reconnect to yourself and to the beautiful humans who create our rising tribe…

Tofino is one of the most magical places I have ever known… This place is so close to my heart; the energy is absolutely radiant here.
October is the beginning of storm season, although, the past two years we didn’t experience much storm at all and were graced with beautiful blue skies and crisp air. Knowing how October goes in the PNW- I anticipate blue skies and sunshine! And, the good thing is- rain or shine- Tofino has the energy you need to feel refreshed and revitalized.

Bowspring and breathwork will be held in the most beautiful space at Coastal Bliss Yoga Studio. There will be opportunity to surf, WimHof cold immersions in the ocean, hike, walk along the beach or enjoy silent meditation walks in the forest. Plenty of space to read, rest, sauna, hot tub, connect, dine out or in, play games with friends, sit by the fire inside or at the beach, forest bathe, star gaze… catch those epic sunrises and sunsets… This place is a dream… and we are living it!

Accommodation: Cox Bay Beach Resort
Food: Suites are equipped with kitchens- so you can cook in, or eat out. The restaurants in Tofino are pretty great. But so is making food. The kitchens are well equipped for your cooking and dining needs. Sunday group dinner at the Wolf in the Fog (optional)
Studio: Coastal Bliss- a short drive or half hour walk away from the accommodations.

Schedule:


Thursday Oct. 22: 2pm: Arrive, settle in, get a surf board if you like, bonfire and opening circle at 6pm

Friday Oct. 23: 2-430pm: Bowspring + Intro to Conscious Connected Breathwork

Saturday Oct. 24: 1-430pm: 2 hours Bowspring + 1.5 hour Breathwork

Sunday Oct. 25: 130-430pm: 2 hours Self Care Sunday Bowspring + 1 hour Breathwork

Monday Oct. 26: 1230-230pm: 1.5 Hours Bowspring + Closing Circle

Optional: Daily Morning Meditation + Ocean Dip
Optional: Surfing (at your leisure)
Thursday: Opening circle bonfire 6pm at the beach
Sunday: group dinner at Wolf in the Fog (please let me know if you will join us!)

Cost:

Couch: $600 CAD
Single Bedroom: $700 CAD
Couple: $1000 CAD (space for 3 sets of couples)

$250 CAD deposit to hold space (non-refundable)
