ೃ⁀➷ New Moon in Sagittarius .ೃ࿐
As we meet this final New Moon... Instead of the typical energy that new moons bring: new beginnings, planting seeds, and this type of thing... There is a feeling of something different- completion, reflection, and revisioning.
Mercury has just stationed retrograde in Capricorn- the perfect time for us to move toward the Winter Solstice- a time of inwardness, stillness, and reflection of the past year and all the magic and lessons it has held for us.
The wise learn from the past before they embark on the new.
They take stock, contemplate, and revise before they move.
When I think of Mercury in Capricorn- I think: calculated, strategic, slow, methodical, and grounded. Finding clarity and sound reason before leaping. Rational choices trump frivolity or risk taking. And Mercury is our magic, it is how we communicate, our word, what we transmit to the world.
With the Sun and Moon in our free spirit and visionary Sag, alongside Neptune also moving direct last week, it feels like: dream! Envision! Embrace the possibility of following your heart and minds eye. But, wait for right timing, move with intention, and stay grounded before you go (Mercury retrograde in Capricorn).
It feels like the perfect medicine for this moment. Moving into a new energy field- 2024 is going to be different.
We have had a year full of reprioritizing ourselves, our values, and what we want to create moving forward. We are still working on values. This is a real thing with Jupiter in Taurus for a little bit more.
Sagittarius energy is so beautiful because it encourages us to dream big and far and wide... And to experience all that life has to offer, try on new things, learn what you crave, do what you love, travel, explore, and reach into the sky!
It is the perfect time right now to work with Mercury retrograde- to go inward, find the solitude and stillness required to reflect and integrate some of the lessons and learnings of the year... And then to take that potent and important information into your future plans...
What will you create?
How will you move differently?
What changes are you promising to implement right now... that will send you into a promising new pattern for 2024?
I sense change is coming... Always. For some of us, great change. For others... the everyday mundane changes. But, perhaps that is just the flow of life... It is always moving in perfect waves of time and spell.
