MOON Letter | Aquarius New Moon: Finding Bridges of LOVE + Unity

Happy New Moon in Aquarius!
Aquarius is such dope energy to work with- they are the innovator, the thought leader, the individualist, the rebel, the alien, the revolutionary... They stand for freedom, advancing technologies, and the betterment of the collective state of being- they are beautifully humanitarian.
This New Moon is gracing us alongside the Chinese New Year and Imbolc- Powerful in it's placement, blessing us all with potent new opportunities.
I think- we need to shift our idea and programming of what constitutes the new year. Often we come out of the holidays and straight into this excessive, go go go energy that the new year demands. It feels like almost no one is ready for it- And it seems to contradict the energy of winter- which is slow, contemplative, inward, and reflective.
But as we meet February, we are all out of holiday mode. We are all ready to move forward toward the spring- The days are getting lighter and the energy is lifting.
Today... I want to talk about finding bridges.
So- Aquarius is known as both the individualist, thought leader, and inventor... They are unique and always ahead of the game. They are also know as the collective healer and are always focusing on helping the greater good. Almost everything they create has the intention of bettering the world with humanity's heart in mind.
Our best work will always be the work we do on ourselves. As we focus on our own betterment and our own healing, we heal the world. What I do for me, I do for everyone.
We are in a times of great division. I have been thinking of what it means to be a great leader. In Canada- we see our leader continuing to use rhetoric that is divisive and horrible. A great leader always finds the threads that hold us together, rather than focusing on those that divide us.
Moving forward in our communications, in our relationships, in our contemplations and how we show up for the world- I hope that we can look to find the similarities, the higher truths, and the bridges back to each others hearts and humanity.
Listen with your heart. Seek to understand. Create bridges that unify versus divide. Hold Love and Unity as the North Star... The bridge that will reconnect us all.
We live in a multidimensional, multifaceted world- there are so many of us... All with different life experiences, feelings, ideas, and perceptions. I believe that our greatest service to the collective at this point is to work on ourselves, to love ourselves- and to send that love, compassion, and acceptance outward.
It's time to end division, duality, binary "othering," and step into higher grounds of consciousness- where we LOVE ONE ANOTHER no matter what differences we hold in opinion or belief. That is the greatest service... And we all need to commit to this Love, now more than ever.

New Moon in Aquarius 💙 This New Moon in Aquarius marks the second New Moon in January creating a Blue Moon, which leaves February with no New Moons- meaning January is a big month to build, create and solidify what you want and gives you multiple times to redo/renew your life. The New Moon holds potent energy around making changes in setting up more freedom, building long term and is extremely supportive around partnerships with the Moon conjunct Saturn square Uranus, the Sun conjunct the Moon and Venus trine Uranus. Aquarius is often known to be unemotional, detached and aloof when in fact they are very emotional and and very connected but just show it differently then others as they move through it at a higher level then most can/do understand. This New Moon reminds us that love is always the answer with Venus trine Uranus dominating the sky and bringing us back into our hearts. This energy helps us to release conflict/tension, revise plans, rebuild long term, bring in more excitement and also more money. Aquarius is the visionary and helps bring us back to our vision and step outside of fear. It is the fear that keeps us from the things we truly desire or to see things expand. It is fear that causes us to retreat, run, shrink down, freeze up, not take action, pull back or spiral. Once you allow yourself to take a step no matter how big or small even in the fear that is when you break down the fear and start moving closer to the thing you desire. This is your opportunity to make things work, show up, to redo/rebuild to make your desires a reality. This is the time to solidify what you want and where you are going as this New Moon locks in a whole new energy- especially with the energy of Imbolc (halfway point between winter and spring) and Chinese New Year- the year of the tiger. This is a lot of new energy- so clean up your mess from Venus retrograde an start showing up in what you want as this will set the tone for the rest of the year.
