If you ever feel lost... Trust that your heart knows the way. Spend sometime looking inside... and you will find- everything you need is within you.
Never forget... As long as you follow your heart, you are moving in the right direction. Release worry. Release doubt. Release Fear... and call in FAITH! Call in FUN! Call in GRATITUDE. (like... have a dance party in your kitchen... loud music... Shake, move, make weird noises... you know- normal stuff that dope humans do!).
This full moon- release what doesn't feel good... Release what makes your heart crunch up... And invite yourself to experience more LOVE, more BLISS, more JOY!
