MOON Letter | Leo Heart Magic: Inviting in light, courage, and LOVE

Hi my loves!
What warm energy we have today! In Victoria, BC... Where I am from and living- it is like SPRING outside! (this might be a slight exaggeration... but!) The sun is shining, the sky is blue- it feels soooo good!
This morning I went for a run while the sun was rising... I landed at "my spot," my midpoint where I stop at for a movement interlude. The sunshine felt so nourishing. I stood there absorbing the light, our lifeforce, straight into my heart.
This is what Leo brings us- warmth, heart, and sunshine. Leo encourages us to step into our power, to radiate from the center of our hearts, and to love, love, love. Leo resembles this courageous leader- and as we know- all true leaders- lead with their heart. They work to lift us all into resonance, to unify and consolidate our differences. They bring us together... United as ONE.
Today... May we recognize the spaces that we are holding ourselves back: self limiting beliefs, self sabotage, insecurities, resistance to growth... And may we throw these weights into the fire to be transmuted into our power. May we see the lessons in our setbacks, our failures, and our traumas- and utilize the power of love to forgive, ignite compassion, and remember our strength in heart.
The world needs leaders stepping up to create new ways... New systems that source from the heart... In service to love and the well-being of all of humanity. This is what Leo can teach us- to lead in this way, that moves us back into our truth... We are not separate, we are one- and we are LOVE.

Full Moon Ritual for the heart of LEO
Leo dances with the fire of the heart: self loving, self valuing, and self assured.
This full moon, I invite you to take a moment to create a sacred altar or spiral or mandala. It is my favourite thing to create mandalas from the bits and pieces of beauty found in nature all around.
Today, I plan to venture down to the beach to create a beautiful mandala with things that I find from the beach (post to be landing on my IG page tonight likely!).
The moon will be rising in the Northern Hemisphere not too late... So we will be able to bask in her gentle light and feel her luminous love.
If you have the space, make a fire... dance, feel, breathe, pray, love, remember.
Sometimes it's helpful to write out some things that are holding you back from standing in your worth... Whatever you want to let go of... Write it down, send it love and gratitude for its lessons, and then send it away- burn it to ashes :)
This full moon... With the heart of Leo blazing us through- let's release everything that is holding us back from shining our brightest... And allow ourselves to be free to express the truth of our heart... To rise in love and honesty.

Full Moon in Leo βοΈ Courage of the Heart
The Energy leading into the Full Moon has been intense and has pushed us to really step into a new level and show up past our fears- even when we are triggered af. This Full Moon at 27 degrees starts to break up the energy of the heavy Saturn influence we have been under lately. Saturn has been holding us in its domain for a while and heavily since December along with Pluto which has caused a lot of frustration, fears, fights, doubts, tension, confusion and resistance in our daily lives.
You may feel like things were not working for you and that things were not moving in the direction you wanted, but the cosmos were just revisiting energy from 2019/2020 to finally clear out the old karmic seeds from that time to help you move forward. Pluto still holds a big influence right now as we are seeing our old stories and finally breaking free from our old patterns, actions and beliefs. This is where you get to create your new story. This is where you get out of your old habitual thoughts that are not serving you nor anyone and really drop into that new life fully.
Over the past few days leading into the Full Moon you could see self sabotaging behaviors, old ways of looking at things and where it is keeping you stuck. Leo energy rules the heart and asks us to step deeper into our heart, open it up and remove the road blocks in our minds/heart so that we can breakthrough to the other side. For the first time in a long time if not ever you can finally see your new life evolving and it is up to you to keep building it. You can see everything you want evolving and it is up to you to stay focused and keep evolving it!
It takes courage to keep going. It takes courage to step into your dream. It takes courage to stay the course when it looks like nothing is happening. Mars and Venus catch up together and align in the cosmos setting the tone for 2/22. There is a new story in love that is being birthed and it is asked to be nurtured and held sacred as this is the first time since 2012 that we have this energy of the masculine and feminine coming together into alignment in Capricorn.
Capricorn (foundation, building, long term) which is helping you to set yourself up in relationships and alignment. We are building off of the energy from August - lions gate (New Moon in Leo) so check in and see what you were starting or setting intentions for around that time and what has come full circle. Now you are asked to give a bit more of that final push to bring it even deeper into fruition. Let that new story be written as it will set the tone for what is to come.
