ೃ⁀➷ Full Moon in Taurus Lunar Eclipse Lovin'- to YOU! .ೃ࿐
I was just lying down, snuggle time with my kittos... And thought to myself- I should drop into my breath practice. I started breathing for about 1 minute before I tried to distract and convince myself out of it. I caught this motion- and chose to dig in deeper, regardless of my feeble attempt to avoid.. To the breath I went.
What is it behind the act and process of breathing that we resist? What is resistance and why do we do it, even when it doesn't make sense?
I decided to find rhythm. I teach this to my breathers- if nothing else, find your rhythm, create your loop, connect the breath. If nothing else, just breathe- in and out. Just breathe.
I watched my exhale, contemplating what it means to receive... What it means to allow what is innate, what is seeded within, to open, grow, and bloom. Of course, the exhale is so powerful because it is in the passivity, the surrender, the letting go that we open. Letting go... The feeling of deep and true relaxation... precedes receiving.
I kept breathing, hands connected to my low belly, feeling and breathing. My breath became less and less and I had to continue to remind myself to breathe. And then I took one hand and placed it on my heart. I breathed and allowed my heart beat to sync me into a more coherent rhythm. I felt my heart beat rise with aliveness into my hands.
My body dropped into stillness and peacefulness, and to the pleasure of presence and senses turned on- alive and vibrant.
The simplicity of being trumps all complexity. The natural rhythms of life live within us, waiting for us to synchronize to them.
I breathed for this Taurus moon- full and brilliant and ready to complete a cycle, a process, a time in our lives. Ready to embody system upgrades; new ways of living and being in our body's, in our relationships, in our abundance mindsets, businesses, wealth generators, and our precious, precious earth.
What has shifted for you in the past couple of years- themes of love, relationship, business, abundance? What does it take to receive all that you desire?
Much like a fluffy cat, sprawled out and desiring- this is what it takes- you have to open, let go, and receive it all.
There are a few planets traveling in Scorpio- a sign of death, rebirth, and traversing the depths of shadow and unknown. And, coupled with this sensual full moon- it really feels like it's time to open into a new chapter... And trust in what you don't know. Trust in what you don't know. This is surrender. This is what it takes to receive your greatest gifts and pleasure.
So. The energy is highly activated- it's personal and it's final. I feel it with a buzz, like I have drank too much coffee all day- and all night... The light is keeping me up. It is frazzley. Taurus knows best how to hold this field of promise and buzz light energy: ground yourself. Connect your bare feet to the earth. Breathe. And when you try to resist... And distract... And avoid... Breathe some more. We need stillness. Slowness. And nourishment to the soul core.
If we are to open to the dreams that live inside of us, we must align ourselves to their frequency- we must match the resonance of what we desire to the natural rhythms of our breath, our heart beat, our mind and movements.
Tune into your senses, watch them, trace them, witness yourself and feel yourself, and guide yourself- in true Taurus nature, back to yourself- the human embodiment of Earth.
