Happy Full Moon and Happy Easter weekend- Wishing you so much love- and chocolate and bunny hops…
This full moon is all about taking note of our relationships, noticing which ones lift you up and make you a better person and which ones don’t… and having the courage to step into your most loving care of self- and letting the relationships that do not serve you go. This could also mean… the negative or toxic aspects of the relationship that you have with yourself… LET THAT SHIT GO… As cliché as it sounds- if we use loving ourselves as our number one priority- the toxic and negative aspects in or surrounding our lives have GOT TO GO. Then it becomes easy- when we love ourselves- we don’t let bad things live in or around us. No space. So… love yourselves… love the humans surrounding you- and if you do not… bunny up and say bye bye.
Mantra | Affirmation:
I love every cell of my body so much that there isn’t space for anything or anyone who isn’t raising my vibration and bringing more love and light into my life. I deserve nothing but love, radiance, and harmony. I release whatever isn’t creating more beauty and peace in my life.
I am deserving of full love. I am a sacred temple. I honor myself and keep all parts of my heart and spirit safe.

Tarot: I asked the cards what my readers might need to know: This is what they told me.
On abundance… I am reading this book called: You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay- It is all about changing your words, thoughts, and beliefs using affirmations and self love… to change your life. It is dope shit. This is something that I really loved:
Into the forest I must go… To lose my mind and free my soul.
It’s no lie- being in nature is potent mind body heart therapy. Forest bathing is my number one therapy if I need to re-calibrate, energize, rejuvenate, and refresh. Bathing is essentially soaking it all in… All of our senses absorbing the energy of trees, sunshine, earth, and air. By completely immersing all of our senses, we close the gap between “us” and “nature” and remember that we are nature.
Some quick facts: By 2050, 66% of the world’s population is projected to live in cities. According to a study sponsored by the Environmental Protection Agency, the average American spends 93% of his or her time indoors.
Full Article on Forest Bathing: The Benefits of Forest Bathing | Time“Shinrin-yoku is a term that means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or “forest bathing.” It was developed in Japan during the 1980s and has become a cornerstone of preventive health care and healing in Japanese medicine. Researchers primarily in Japan and South Korea have established a robust body of scientific literature on the health benefits of spending time under the canopy of a living forest. Now their research is helping to establish shinrin-yoku and forest therapy throughout the world.
The idea is simple: if a person simply visits a natural area and walks in a relaxed way there are calming, rejuvenating and restorative benefits to be achieved.
We have always known this intuitively. But in the past several decades there have been many scientific studies that are demonstrating the mechanisms behind the healing effects of simply being in wild and natural areas. (some of this research is available here). For example, many trees give off organic compounds that support our “NK” (natural killer) cells that are part of our immune system’s way of fighting cancer.”
|The scientifically-proven benefits of Shinrin-yoku include:Boosted immune system functioning, with an increase in the count of the body’s Natural Killer (NK) cells.Reduced blood pressureReduced stressImproved moodIncreased ability to focus, even in children with ADHDAccelerated recovery from surgery or illnessIncreased energy levelImproved sleepJust as impressive are the results that we are experiencing as we make this part of our regular practice:Deeper and clearer intuitionIncreased flow of energyIncreased capacity to communicate with the land and its speciesIncreased flow of eros/life forceDeepening of friendshipsOverall increase in sense of happiness|
Forest bathing and breathing in that oxygen rich air resets your thoughts, calms the nervous system, induces joy, and welcomes a sense of belonging. The forest is so special because of how it takes us home- it bridges the gap of disconnection and brings us back to our true nature. We are reminded when we are embraced with the vibration of these energetic spaces, we are guided back to our innate knowing… Our highest truth of source and love. Green is also super epic in the way that just seeing it restores balance, mental clarity, and healing. We need more green in our lives.
I value my time in nature so much… And, I even dream of the day that I will move into the forest… away from the city and hustle and bustle. There is something very magical about being in their wise, beautiful, connected energy, something that I know we all need more of.

“An affirmation opens the door. It’s a beginning point on the path to change. In essence, you’re saying to your subconscious mind: “I am taking responsibility. I am aware that there is something I can do to change.” When I talk about doing affirmations, I mean consciously choosing words that will either help eliminate something from your life or help create something new in your life.
Every thought you think and every word you speak is an affirmation. All of our self-talk, our internal dialogue, is a stream of affirmations. You’re using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not. You’re affirming and creating your life experiences with every word and thought.”
“An invisible thread connects those who are destined to meet, regardless of time, place, and circumstance. The thread may stretch or tangle. But it will never break.” -Ancient Chinese Proverb.
“🌕 LIBRA FULL MOON 🌕
Tomorrow morning we are greeted by the Full Moon, once again in the sign of Libra. Our first Full Moon in Libra on March 20th ushered a time of new partnerships and fresh energy pairing with the Spring Equinox. This Full is one of integration and completion. It’s a time to take what we’ve learned about ourselves over Aries Season and apply it to our relationships to bring them balance, harmony and even release.
Aries teaches us that we each have a unique life’s journey and mission. Libra teaches us that along this journey, though, are other people. Every person we meet on our path is someone we have karma with. We are bound to each other energetically. Each connection may support us, teach us, challenge us, or help us understand ourselves better. We stay connected until we work our karma out, which can take a moment or a lifetime. It’s important we understand who’s here for a season and who’s in our life for the long haul.
Take the opportunity on this Libra Full Moon to bring harmony and understanding to your relationships. Become aware of how you feel after spending time with people. When a relationship is balanced, it energizes you, when it is not, it drains you. Decide if you want to put the effort into balancing those relationships which are out of balance or cut the thread. Take the extra energy and give it to the relationships that do support you. Be grateful for them and nurture them to a new level.”

“Happy Full Moon in Libra! ♎🌕 This second Full Moon in Libra will help us to find balance and alignment within our relationships while the last Libra moon helped us to find inner balance.
You’re being called to let go of any toxic relationships that no longer elevate you and support your growth.
I literally wrote in my journal “I now release all relationships, emotions, and beliefs that no longer positively serve me.” and within MINUTES I received multiple emails with deals falling through followed by having to fire a client. Some I expected and some totally out of the blue.
The moral is when you ask for negativity to leave your life…be ready to LET GO.
If it’s not meant for you, don’t be surprised if it makes an abrupt exit out of your life.
What relationships need to be re-balanced or released completely?
Libra asks that you balance the scales of your self-worth so you can set stable boundaries in your relationships.
Release yourself from negative situations, let go of heavy emotions, purge the past pain, and forgive yourself or others if necessary.
Whatever is coming up for you this Full Moon…LET IT GO.
Take time to reflect on your relationships and reconnect with those that support your growth and release those that don’t.”
